Looks comfortable at first glance, but it definitely is not! Only using it because it came with my UD50. I would no purchase this separately. The pad is actually static--you can't slide it up/down the strap. When carrying my UD50 across my chest (pad on left shoulder, bag along right hip), the pad is no where near my shoulder! Since I can't move it, it's basically a useless pad and I'm stuck with the discomfort of just the bare strap on my shoulder. I suppose the pad will be properly placed on your shoulder if you wear it ipsilaterally or if worn contralaterally, having the bag rest in front, but who walks around with the bag in front knocking your thighs with every step? Definitely a major design flaw!
