Features:
Feature #1 Our Modular components are lightly padded to make them friendlier to use, and they are compressible for travel purposes. Our cases are padded with 1/8" - 1/4" of foam (3-5 mm) which is plenty to protect your lens. Traditional photo bags made with 3/8" of foam or more are simply too thick and bulky.
Feature #2 Our bags feature a completely open top which is the fastest way to insert or retrieve a lens or other items. The bungee cord closure system allows you to securely pull the top tight, preventing anything from falling out. Inside of our Lens Changers, is also a piece of fabric that can be placed over the top of the lens before closing, for extra protection.
Feature #3 Unique to Think Tank Photo, all of our rain covers are seam-sealed for protection, similar to outdoor clothing and jackets. This is necessary to prevent the water from leaking into the bag where the rain cover is sewn together. To our knowledge, Think Tank Photo is the only photography bag manufacturer with seam-sealed rain covers. We put them on almost every product we make!
Feature #4 Our stretchable mesh pockets are designed for items that you need to remove and retrieve quickly while shooting like lens caps. They are also handy for other essentials like sunscreen, lip balm, and other small items.
Feature #5 The Modular components can be attached to the Pro Speed Belt, and can either "rotate" or "lock" on the belt. In this photo, the Speed Changer has been rotated directly over the front pocket for convenience and comfort. Because our system is "modular" it means you can carry them many different ways: on our Pro Speed Belt (as shown in the photo), on a regular belt, with a shoulder strap.
Feature #6 All of our Modular components can be attached to the waistbelt of any Think Tank belt pack, for added capacity. This photo shows a Speed Demon with a Lens Changer attached on the left. The ability to switch components on your waistbelt, depending on what you are shooting, is a tremendous advantage.
Feature #7 Modular accessories are designed to "Rotate" or "Lock" on the Pro Speed Belt. This is a tremendous advantage is have this type of functionality. Most photographers "Rotate" the bags on the belt, preferring not to lock them into position. To "Rotate", put the plastic tongue behind the belt, then firmly attached the bag. This allows the bag to be pushed along the belt to the desired position. To "Lock", put the plastic tongue in the horizontal webbing slot. This will fix your bag in one position.
Feature #8 The pair of webbing loops at the top of the bag are strap attachment points, for converting a Modular component into a small shoulder bag.  For the least amount of bulkiness, the Camera Strap V2.0, can be used in place of other shoulder straps.
Feature #9 All of the Modular components can be worn with a regular belt. This is especially useful if you only need to carry one bag, and feel you do not need the Pro Speed Belt. Because our system is "modular" it means you can carry them many different ways; on our Pro Speed Belt, on a regular belt (as shown in the photo), with a shoulder strap.

Needs to be ~2.54 cm taller.

Holds the Nikon 17-55 f/2.8 nicely. I plan to get the Nikon 105 f/2.8 VR Micro in the future so I'm happy it will hold that, too.

I use this product with a Canon 24-105 f4 with the hood attached. Like the product, but the diameter is a little tight to install the lens with the hood attached. Wish it was a little larger in diameter.

I use this with a Canon 24-70. With the hood in shooting position, it's a tight fit getting it in hood-first. If you put it in the other way and have the hood pointing up, then it's too tight to get your fingers around the hood easily to get the lens out.

For use with a Sony CZ 85/1.4 and the CZ 24-70/2.8, this pouch is just great. It can be a bit tight, but after working a few events, it become second nature sliding my lenses in and out of it.

I was trekking in Nepal (Annapurna Region) with Think Tank modular system. After a heavy rain, I slipped and my lens changer hit the rock very hard. In my lens changer, I stored my Canon 135mm f/2L. After I got up, I found out that it saves my lens. Nothing broken. Lens is still perfect. Then, I managed to slip again on the last day. My filter was broken (Canon Filter). Luckily again, my lens is still working perfectly and I only need to buy a new filter. I just want to thanks Think Tank for saving my lens :)

With my Canon 24-70, this pouch is too tight with the hood in place to get in and out easily let along quickly. Some tweaks are needed to work well with this popular lens model.
