If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return it unused within 30-days for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received and inspected to insure that it contains all the parts and is clean and unused. This is a fantastic case to hold your phone on your hiking pack’s shoulder strap. It’s padded and easy to open/close. The only downside is the large imprinted logo, not the usual small classy Think Tank sewn tab.I was able to remove it with a pen ink eraser. Go slow and steady and no marks should remain. Great case; dumb logo.

Terrific. Phone fits securely. Zipper works smoothly and is easy to access while wearing. Strap is very comfortable and fits easily on all three mindspring bags we own. Nice hole in the strap through which the chest strap fits nicely. One of life’s little pleasures: a purpose built product that fills its purpose well.
