method for attachment is TERRIBLE
Bought this to replace the original V1.0 I had whose zipper failed. Everything about this pouch would be great, except for some reason Thinktank has changed the way it attaches, effectively making this product 100% useless for their modular belt system. It is absolutely baffling to me why this was changed. Now, in order for it to even be somewhat secure on the belt, one has to actually cut the flaps on the back to get the belt to pass through. Why this is even still on the website makes no sense to me. Change the design back to the old system.

why was the design changed?
I had the first version (V1.0) of this pouch for years. The zipper broke so I replaced it with this newer version (V3.0) and I must say I'm not understanding why it needed to be updated. First and foremost - I'm not sure who actually uses the weather covers, but I never have and I doubt I ever will. So I appreciated in the earlier versions of the pouches that it could be removed. It cannot be removed in this one, so it's just unnecessary bulk. I appreciate the slight size increase, but I really don't get the point of changing how it attaches to the belt either. The first version was much more secure.

A necessity for carrying the little important items needed for research.
In addition, to one of these for photography accessories a second one provided a place for the small research items such as sample bottles and small bags etc. its light weight and fit on the Think Tank belt are perfect.

Petite portable perfection
I carry a Powershot G7X Mark III and a Go Pro Hero Session 4 in this along with a memory card reader and such. Works great for random shooting when photography isn’t my main goal. The biggest benefit is the quality. I’ve long replaced all my previous bags with stuff from here.

Little stuff it
I bought this to keep a Nikon FTZ converter in. It is perfect for that, as well as other small items like filters.
