WHAT FITS IN THIS BAG?
Very satisfied ... untill it broke
Since end 2020 I have been using the V2.0 version, not against the sun, but at night to protect the laptop from humidity and to protect my telescope from the light of the computer screen. It was working perfectly until I unfolded it yesterday and found the frame broken in the middle of the straight front part, parallel to the keyboard. I do not have the feeling to have done something wrong when I folded it last time. However it is now almost impossible to use. I may try to open the seam at the location of the broken part to understand if a can fix it.
When you need it, you need it
Great tool. Before I bought my Pixel Sunscreen I spent the day in an outdoor media area with no shade. That’s when I learned it’s value. A full featured, well designed tool to shade the screen for editing when the location is out of your control.
The screen was stated as being able to fit a 17" laptop but, my 15" laptop fit snug. my 17" doesn't fit at all.
Awesome but needs a tweak
This is great. A bit snug for my laptop but no issues there. I would like to have an extension of the area that shields the top/head. Something removable or extendable. I have a south-facing deck and the top of this does not extend far enough to shield the screen completely

Hi Ruth, I'm not sure if you've spotted it, but the Pixel Sunscreen does come with an extension, take a look at this product video - https://youtu.be/kKP8Wo2XtkI?t=34 If you have the extension, it should be in the top pocket and attach via hook & look to go over your head and make a nice little tent for better darkness while working in sunny conditions. If you can't find it, please reply and let the team know - we'll send you one. Cheers! Simon firstname.lastname@example.org
Pixel Sunscreen V2.0
So I purchased this a while back for use while photographing the solar eclipse and controlling the two cameras with Solar Eclipse Maestro. The pros are that it works as advertised, and made it easy to work with the program controlling the camera on the day of and made it easy to check focus without any glare. The biggest con was the fact that the entire thing is black so on a hot day it soaks up the radiation from the sun making the interior fairly hot, which is not good for computers, or people. If I could make a recommendation for the V.3 it would be to cover the exterior with sliver/reflective material to prevent it from getting so warm.
