Zoom In

The Urban Disguise 60 V2.0 has been discontinued. We have replaced this bag with the Urban Disguise 60 Classic.

The briefcase sized camera bag Urban Disguise 60 V2.0 fits more gear that it appears, and a 17" laptop! A wide angle lens with hood in position, 24-70mm f/2.8 with hood in position and 70-200mm f/2.8 with hood reversed all fit vertically into the main compartment. A separate, padded compartment fits most 17" laptops** (compare laptop dimensions with specifications below) The new Expansion Zipper, at the top of the main compartment, increases the depth of the Urban Disguise 60 V2.0 to fit a gripped DSLR with a lens attached. Now it’s the photographer’s choice to carry a gripped or standard DSLR with a standard lens attached.

  • Professional appearance, does not look like a traditional camera bag
  • Separate padded compartment for carrying up to a 17" laptop (fits most sizes)**
  • Expansion Zipper increases depth to fit a pro DSLR with standard zoom lens attached, in main compartment
  • Optional accessories sold separately: Urban Disguise Attachment Straps and Shoulder Harness V2.0

  • Carry 1 gripped or standard DSLR with 24-70mm f/2.8 attached, plus 2-5 additional lenses, and a 17” widescreen laptop (Separate padded compartment fits most 17" laptop sizes)
  • 2 standard DSLRs with standard and wide angle zoom lenses attached
  • 2 gripped DSLRs (BODIES ONLY) in padded front pocket, plus 3-6 lenses in main compartment

  • Interior Dimensions:  16” W x 11.3” H x 4.3” D (40.6 x 28.7 x 10.9 cm)
*Opening Expansion Zipper adds 2.25" (5.7 cm) to main compartment depth
  • **Laptop Compartment Interior Dimensions:  16” W x 11.3” H x 1.5” D (40.6 x 28.7 x 3.8 cm)
  • Exterior Dimensions:  16.5” W x 12” H x 7” D (41.9 x 30.5 x 17.78 cm)

No Rhetoric Warranty on all Think Tank products
1 Expansion Zipper increases depth, across the top of the bag, to fit a pro size DSLR with standard zoom lens attached, in main compartment.
2 The Urban Disguise 60 V2.0 fits a standard 3 lens DSLR kit and up to a 17” laptop in a separate padded compartment.
3 The Urban Disguise V2.0 Series design features a new front organizer pocket that is easily accessible on the front flap. The stylized zipper opens wide for quick access and the gusseted pocket prevents loose items from falling out.
4 Genuine leather handles are built into each Urban Disguise V2.0 Series bag for comfort and long term durability. The handle clasp can be used to tie the two handles together, for convenience, while carrying the bag or kept undone, while actively shooting, for rapid access to photo gear.
5 The expandable front pocket has retractable divider to split the pocket for carrying two pro size DSLR bodies. Retracting the divider creates one large pocket for carrying a notebook or paperwork. When the notebook or camera bodies are removed, the pocket flattens to reduce bulkiness.
6 Discrete fabric loops on both sides and bottom of the Urban Disguise V2.0 Series bags are specifically placed for connecting the Urban Disguise Attachment Straps kit (sold separately). The Urban Disguise Attachment Straps help expand bag capacity by connecting Modular, Skin, or Multimedia components to either side of the Urban Disguise V2.0 and strapping a tripod to the bottom of the bag. (Lightning Fast component shown attached with Urban Disguise Attachment Straps)
To travel easier, any large Urban Disguise V2.0 Series shoulder bag incorporates a zippered panel for attaching the bag to the extended handle of most rolling luggage.  The zipper at the bottom of the panel can be closed when not attached to a rolling bag, turning the panel into a spare pocket.
8 An adjustable, non-slip shoulder strap is included with all the bags in the Urban Disguise V2.0 Series. The shoulder strap is also contoured and fully padded to make carrying heavy photo gear over an extended period of time easier to bear.
15 A Pee Wee Pixel Pocket Rocket is included with the Urban Disguise 60 V2.0. The Pee Wee Pixel Pocket Rocket carries 4 CF cards and 3 SD cards. It has red trim for visibility and a business card window for identification. The tether on the Pee Wee PPR keeps it securely fastened wherever it is attached.
9 Zippers are the most vital feature of any camera bag. Think Tank Photo only uses the highest quality zippers and zipper sliders made from YKK. The main compartment and laptop compartment zipper sliders on the Urban Disguise V2.0 Series are also lockable, with any travel-size padlock, as an extra measure of security.
10 Stretchable side pockets on both sides of the Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 are convenient for carrying small water bottles or a cell phone. They even stretch far enough to keep most hot shoe mounted flash units easily accessible.
11 Working photographers should not be without extra business cards. The clear business card pocket on the back of the Urban Disguise V2.0 bags not only function for identification, but also hold a small stack of extra cards. Comes in handy for those potential clients met spontaneously on the street.
12 Similar to most Think Tank products, the Urban Disguise V2.0 Series bags include a seam-sealed rain cover to protect the bag from dust, rain, snow, and other potentially harmful elements. The term “seam-sealed” refers to the waterproof tape applied to the inside seams of the rain cover fabric. Think Tank bag rain covers feature a built-in tether to keep the rain cover from accidentally flying away with a gust of wind.
13 Attach the Shoulder Harness V2.0 accessory (sold separately) to carry an Urban Disguise V2.0 bag like a backpack. A backpack is helpful for transporting photo gear, while not actively shooting. Rather than constantly maneuvering with a swinging shoulder bag, wearing an Urban Disguise as a backpack keeps hands free for handling airline or subway tickets, a cell phone, or other luggage.
14 Ballistic nylon fabric is used in all Urban Disguise V2.0 Series bags for durability in extreme conditions and a professional appearance.

Overall Product Rating:

Just picked up the TT Urban Disguise 60 V2.0. I have the HardDrive which works great for lots of gear and travel but needed a smaller laptop photo bag that was less conspicuous. Looked at the 50 but the extra room with the 60 suited my needs. Construction is typical ThinkTank quality, which is excellent. Design is well thought out and practical. Aesthetically, IMO it looks fantastic. Assorted sizes of velcro dividers/panels are included so it was easy to configure the compartment exactly how I wanted. I got my Toshiba M645 14" fitting nicely in the laptop compartment and in the separate main compartment is my Nikon 28-300 VR (hood reversed) attached to a D700 and RRS plate, 28-70 on one side and 60mm 2.8 macro on the other with some room to spare. The padded strap that comes with the bag is comfortable with a rubberized material to prevent slipping. There's a feature on this V2.0 that you can expand the bag so this might come in handy if needed on a trip. The bag is not heavily padded but for what I need it to do, protection is fine. I think that to keep the slimmer profile, adding more padding would have made it look too bulky. There's a pocket that can be unzipped at the bottom to attach to the handles of my 22" roller or you can keep it zipped to use as another document pocket. Lots of well placed attachment points for adding accessories if you need it. While price is not cheap, you definitely get what you pay for and this bag is worth every penny. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommended. Thanks ThinkTank for another outstanding product! -MW Los Angeles

The newly revised UD 60 has added some nifty features to what already was a great bag. The addition of the loops for belt components and the snaps on the handle are just 2. However I have 2 complaints. One is the ability of the bag to stay upright. IF there is no laptop in the laptop compartment, this ability to stay upright pretty much disappears. Not a deal -breaker but annoying. The other shortcoming is what I think is a design flaw. Like the other v.2.0 bags, there is an expansion zipper to make the main compartment larger. However, it doesn't do that. It merely makes the compartment where the rain cover resides larger. Now this area could be seen to become more usable but its stated goal is to allow room for a pro dslr and that it doesn't do. Despite these 2 reservations, I can recommend this bag to anyone with a laptop and lots of gear to stow.

I have used version 1 of this bag for several years now, on a daily basis. I cannot believe how well this has held up! All of my other bags were long gone by this point. Everything on this bag continues to function as if it were new. Very highly recommended.

When I was planning an overseas business trip a few months ago, I realized that I needed 1 bag in which I could carry both my laptop and camera gear. I didn't want to have to carry both a laptop bag and my camera backpack, while dragging around a suitcase and a carry-on. I am thrilled with this purchase. The bag allowed me to carry a 14" thinkpad, a Canon 7d, 24-105, 70-200 and 430 flash. I also had room for my blackberry and ipod, as well as chargers for all. Extra battery, 2 filters, numerous CF cards, a couple of notebooks, all fit with room to spare. I find I use this bag almost every day now, and am thrilled with it's build, quality, and ease of use. OUTSTANDING!!! RM in NH

I love this bag. I mean ... I LOVE THIS BAG!!! it is perfect in every way that a bag can be perfect ... big enough without being "too big", quality materials and construction throughout, comfortable to carry ... I am one truly satisfied customer!! For those interested here is what I have packed ... Nikon D7000 with Nikon70-200mm f/2.8 attached! Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8, Nikon 70-300mm, Nikon SB600 and diffuser, Large rocket blower, cables, batteries, charger, filters and amazingly, there is still room left over. The bag feels great and thanks to ample padding on the shoulder strap is comfortable to carry even when loaded like this. I'd give this bag ten stars if I could and would recommend it without question or reservation!

I received my TT Urban Disguise 60 v2.0 today, just what I needed one more Think Tank bag. I now have a whole closet dedicated to Think Tank stuff. I ordered it to be my second carry on with my Airport International. Since I already have 3 of the original style Urban Disguise bags in different sizes I did not expect anything that much different, wrong again. Some how Think Tank has taken a bag I thought was close to perfect for it's purpose and improved on it. I will use the 60 v2.0 to carry my laptop and my ready kit (D700, 24-70 2.8, 14-24 2.8 and 85 1,.4) with all the rest of the stuff in the Airport International. One thing I need to mention. The laptop section specs show it will take up to a 17", I have a Dell XPS 15.4 widescreen and with the 6 cell battery it fits very snug, no extra room at all. I have a life so I can't comment on the Mac.

The bag is generally speaking a pretty good bag but for me I have two complaints. One is that it's difficult to keep a body and lens in it if the body has a larger motor or battery pack like most pro SLR's - a 5D with no extra battery however works fine. The second complaint which I didn't see mentioned is that this bag, when carrying it's typical contents, won't fit under your average airline seat. I've taken to putting it under my feet and hiding it with a jacket so as to be able to have access to it during my flight. I'd certainly go to one of the smaller bags but since I have a 17" macbook pro I'm pretty much limited to this one. I'd echo the comment of the bag tipping over unless loaded with a laptop. Other than those two things I like the bag quite a bit.

Everything you read is true. Great quality and thoughtful, inconspicuous design. I carry everything from a DSLR kit to a Hasselblad 500 kit in it. Plus a Dell laptop and notebook from work. It's a heavy hauler; I try to keep the gear down, but you can load more than you might feel comfortable with over a long day. There aren't many choices for comfortably carrying a laptop and a useful amount of gear - compare the stitching and materials and everything else gets junky pretty quickly. No fooling around with this one.

Purchased this bag for a photojournalism trip where I needed to shoot from a vehicle and while keeping a low profile in public. I used two Nikon D600 bodies and 4 lenses ( 70-200mm 2.8, 24mm 1.4, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4). I was surprised at how much gear I could get in the bag. It can fit a computer if needed. The bag is very trim, but access to compartments is easy. All of it fit, including chargers for inflight. Only comment is that the dividers are not that strong, so the bag doesn't keep open as much as I would like. Also a softer material on the top underside, so it would not scratch or provide padding for the camera bodies. My first Think tank bag, but it probably will not be my last.

I posted a review on I use the Airport Check In a lot and it does hold a small camera but its really a laptop bag. I needed a bag to carry the laptop and more stuff when traveling and the UD60 is the way to go. It has everything the Think Tank brand represents such as build, quality, ease of use and well thought out designs over any other competitor. It swallows a lot of gear and its a great addition to my Airport International because I now have the flexibility of changing up how i travel and how i want to carry what I need with me. The ability to change the dividers out lets me use the cable management 50 inside the UD60 if i choose to carry my bodies in the carry on. If you watch the different videos you will really see value beyond the camera bag.

Because I do photo seminars for car clubs, I bought this bag for my projector, cables and laptop. It's the perfect size and weight for my purposes, making it easy to carry on a trip. As with all of the Think Tank products I own (I have 4 bags now), the quality is excellent, representing good value to the working pro and serious amateur. The folks at Think Tank clearly have their eyes open - watching how photographers use their equipment and are building gear to meet their needs. Another winner from Think Tank.

I have owned this bag for a year now and have used it frequently. I also own other think tank bags, but it was the last 2 times I went thru security at the airports I realized how great this bag is! I put my bag on the security conveyor and on the other end the security agent asked if they go look inside, I said yes and he proceeded to go thru it and after a complete examination he said to me "wow there are a lot of compartments in that bag" that says it all ! great bag , I only have one complaint about a inner compartment not sewn completely ( poor sew job) other wise it is great.

Carries to DSLRs with lenses with ease

I am a long time ThinkTank bag user. Virtually every version of their product is in the house. The Urban Disguise 60v2 has replaced my Urban Disguise 60v1. Nothing really wrong with the older one except for the wear and tear. The 60v2 is the bag I use when I am off to meetings or to an office and have a need for a professional looking bag that doubles as a camera bag. One thing you will notice. Take the same items out of a Retrospective 30 and place it in the Urban Disguise 60v2 and you will swear that the bag feels lighter. Outstanding build quality - as usual for ThinkTank. One recommendation should there be a Urban Disguise 60v3.... the shoulder strap lugs on the bag. You should do the same as your Retrospective series and run the strap all the way down the bag and around the bottom. It does make a difference is distributing the weight of the bag.

Almost ideal for overseas travel Pack. Easy as carry-on plane luggage. The best features of this pack are 1) it can take two DSLR cameras with lenses attached say one with 16-35mm f2.8 f2.8 and with one with a 70-200mm f2.8 lens plus one other lens or in my case an Infra red converted small Micro 4/3 camera plus lens 2) the pack has an excellent optional accessory.. a harness which converts the pack into a back pack for hiking plus also accessory straps for carrying a tripod underneath. The only reason I did not rate this pack with 5 stars is I would have very much preferred (an understatement) this pack to be slightly longer and higher plus I would have liked more firm structure to the sides as this pack doesnt hold its shape well and if the two side flap pockets are full and expanded the pack tends to roll over if placed on the ground plus the shoulder strap is very poor and not slash proof ... I replaced mine with a Pacsafe shoulder strap which if you are travelling particularly to some third world countries this is an essential safety feature when you are carrying expensive gear.
