Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return it within two weeks unused for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received and inspected to insure that it contains all the parts and is clean and unused. The No Rhetoric Warranty
We build our products to last, with top quality fasteners. To be very honest, we don’t want any returns.
To the original owner, we guarantee and warrant the bag against any defects in material or workmanship for as for long as you use the product.
If you have any problems with the bag, please contact us for return authorization at warranty@thinktankphoto.com before sending the bag. We will then repair or replace the product at our option.
Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence, where we are not at fault, will be performed at a reasonable charge.
This Warranty excludes claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property such as camera equipment carried in Think Tank Photo bags. The No Rhetoric Guarantee is only for the bag, not for any equipment that may be carried.
Legal Language
The No Rhetoric Warranty for the bag is broad enough that we must exclude any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states, however, do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Our guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
